All source code, architectural RFCs, database schemas, and proprietary business logic shared with Chocolate Dev during discovery or active sprint engagements are governed by legally binding mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Our engineering environments utilize encrypted storage, multi-factor authentication, and strict least-privilege access controls.
We do not send unsolicited marketing communications. Communications are limited strictly to direct responses regarding technical quotes, sprint updates, and engineering consultations.
